Ronnie D. Lawson

Ronald D. “Ronnie” Lawson of Bartow passed away Monday, December 4, 2017 at Spring Lake Nursing Center.

He was born October 1, 1950 in Andalusia, AL to the late Alto and Mavis Lawson; he came here from Crestview in 1991. He was retired from Mirk, Inc. and enjoyed NASCAR racing, muscle cars, family gatherings and Nana’s cooking. He liked the NFL and Alabama college football.

Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Sharon Lawson; daughters, Debbie Hudson of Bartow and Lisa Gill of Lake Wales; sons, Ronald Lawson of Crestview, Johnathan Lawson of Louisiana, Jason Lawson of Florida, Ryan Lawson of Winter Haven and Darrel Deese of Auburndale; 13 grandchildren, Aaron, Zach, Jayden, Makayla, Myleigh, Levi, Tyler, Abbi, Jordan, Jasmine, Karlie, Alexis, Patience and two great-grandchildren, Brogan and Kasen.
