Ronald Clifton Rivers

Ronald Clifton Rivers of Lake Wales passed away Sunday, February 14, 2010 at the Dove Health Care facility.

He was born September 25, 1934 in Ellenburg Depot, NY to the late Wilford J. and Norma (Supernaw) Rivers; and came to Lake Wales from Stephentown, NY in 2004. He was a retired truck driver and Grill owner, was a member of LaPorte Church of Christ, and served in the National Guard from 1951-1960.

Ronald was preceded in death by his first wife, Florence Leary. Survivors include his wife of 11 1/2 years Gloria Rivers; sister, Norma Marie Drucker of Ravena, NY; brothers, Larry Rivers of Coxsackie, NY, Lyle Rivers of Coxsackie, NY, and James Rivers of Alcove, NY.
