Roman T. Hernandez, 76

Roman T. Hernandez of Lake Wales, Florida passed away on Friday May 27, 2022.

He was born in Dilly, Texas on February 9, 1946, to the late Eudelio and Ricarda Hernandez. He worked as a diesel mechanic and was the owner of Roman’s Mobile. He was of Catholic faith and enjoyed working and spending time with his family.

Roman is preceded in death by his daughter Angelita, and son Roman Hernandez Jr.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years Julia Hernandez; his sons Robert Hernandez and wife Kim of Babson Park, Rafael Hernandez and wife Kimberly of Lake Wales; sisters Ebelia Bustamante and husband Richard of Texas, Alicia Littleton and husband Benny of Babson Park, Juana Uballe, and husband Rogelia of Texas, and Arcillia Ramirez and husband Memo of Tampa; and brother Julio Hernandez and wife Ofelia of Texas; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 6, 2022, from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home. Services will be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at 2:00 PM with burial afterwards at Lake Wales Memorial Gardens.
