Robert L. Warner

Robert L. Warner of Lake Wales passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

He was born December 27, 1940 in Cleveland, OH to the late Louis & Winifred (Kilkenney) Warner; he came here 11 years ago from Port Clinton, OH. He was a retired truck driver for U.S.F. Holland and a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

Robert was preceded in death by his daughter, Kathy Yurcak. Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Helen M. Warner; daughters, Debra Palmer of Parma, OH, Justine Hartline of Lake Wales, FL and Jolene Nickerson of Nashville, TN; sons, Beau Nickerson of Lake Wales and Richard J. Slamcik of Cleveland, OH; sister, Shirley Ann Warner of Ashtabula, OH; one nephew, Donald Folmer; and six great-grandchildren, Bobby Nickerson, Collin Hartline, Andrea Palmer, Jessica Palmer, Holly Palmer and Cheyenne Nickerson.

No local services are scheduled. Burial will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brook Park, OH.
