Robert Chet Vogel

Robert Chet Vogel, 61 of Babson Park, Florida passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at his residence.

He was born March 8, 1954 in Lake Wales, Florida to the late Chester Robert and Margaret Corinne (Cartledge) Vogel and has he has been a lifelong resident of this area. He was a retired State Inspector for the Department of Agricultural. Robert enjoyed fishing, family time and his pugs he was also an avid FSU fan and was a member of the Golfview Baptist Church of Lake Wales.

Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Joni James Vogel; sisters, Dana Woodley of Frostproof, Dianne Hulen and husband Steve of Sebring, Kathy Williams and husband Riley of Frostproof, Beth Vogel of Frostproof; brothers, Pitt Vogel and wife Terri of Shreveport, LA; Buck Vogel and wife Dolores of Lake Wales; many nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, May 2, 2015 from 10:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Frostproof with Rev. Brian Smith officiating.
