Robert C. "Bob" Tureman

Robert C. "Bob" Tureman of Frostproof passed away Sunday, November 15, 2009 at his residence.

He was born July 5, 1937 in Pueblo, CO to the late Horace & Jane Tureman; he came here from Ilwaco, WA 2 years ago. He was a self employed real estate agent, of the Lutheran faith and a veteran of Korea, serving in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Elks Lodge, Odd Fellows and liked to fix and tinker.

Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Elisabeth Tureman; daughters, Elisabeth Bradfield of Virginia, Jennifer Sand of Washington and Melissa Boswell of Washington; sons, Mike Tureman of Washington, Edwin Naputi of Virginia, Grant Tureman of Oklahoma and Gregg Tureman of Florida; 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
