Robert D. Perkins, 64, of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Friday, May 22, 2015 at Lake Wales Medical Center.

He was born May 25, 1950 in Leesburg, Florida and has been a lifelong resident of the area. He was a Self-Employed salesman in Agriculture. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his parents Trenton and Bobbie Perkins of Lake Wales, FL, sons Trent Perkins of St. Petersburg, FL, Bill Perkins, of Frostproof, FL, Robert Brian Perkins of Frostproof, FL, daughter Lindsey Lee Perkins of Bartow, FL, grandson Carter, sister Kim Perkins of Lake Wales, FL, brother Kirk Perkins of Sebastian, FL, and former wife Donna Perkins of Frostproof, FL.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Mr. David Bryant officiating. Visitation will be 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will be at Lake Wales Cemetery.
