Robert Miller

Robert H. Miller of Indian Lake Estates, Florida passed away Friday, February 8, 2019 at Somers Hospice House in Sebring, Florida.
He was born May 7, 1936 in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania to the late Robert H. and Genevieve (Hubbard) Miller, Sr; he has been a local resident since 2002 coming from LaPlata, Maryland. He was a retired draftsman, a good carpenter and member of the Disciples of Christ and the Rescue Squad for Waldorf Volunteer Fire Department . Robert enjoyed fishing, crabbing and playing poker with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary Ellen Miller; daughter, Diane McGuigan and husband, Gary of Charlotte Hall, MD; son, David Miller and wife, Grace Summers of Smithsburg, MD; three grandchildren, Jaime Glidden, Chris McGuigan, Jessica McDonnell; and five great-grandchildren. Celebration of life will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 22, 2019 at the Walforf Volunteer Fire Department, 3245 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, Maryland 20603.
