Robert Eugene Mcswain

Robert McSwain, 81 of Lake Wales, passed away Sunday, October 5, 2014 at the Lake Wales Medical Center due to heart failure.

He was born November 26, 1932 to the late William and Florence (Moyer) McSwain in Miami, Florida. He has been a resident of the area since 1995 coming from Sebring, Florida. He was a heavy machine operator for a trucking company and a veteran in the United States Air Force. He enjoyed cars and reading.

He is preceded in death by his brothers William Daniel McSwain, Phillip Pierre McSwain, Albert Thomas McSwain, sisters Jewel Elaine Bowers, Doris Louise Hoefler.

Survivors include his sisters Ann Miller of Melbourne, FL, Janet Diez of Chico, CA, Kathleen Williams of Babson Park, FL, Deborah McSwain and Pamela McSwain of Tampa, FL, brother Carroll McSwain of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Graveside service will be held 1:00PM Monday, October 13, 2014 at Woodlawn Park Cemetery South in Miami, FL with Rev. Denny Cothern officiating.
