Robert Grayson “Dobbin” McCrary, 80, of Frostproof passed away September 18, 2008 at The Oaks of Avon.
Born January 6, 1928 in Horseshoe, NC; he came here from Pisgahforest, NC in 1940. He was a retired refrigeration mechanic for Proctor & Gamble Concentrate and a attended the First Assembly of God.
Survivors include his Wife, Elizabeth Ann McCrary of Frostproof; daughter, Cindy Kay Ballentine, Connie Jean Morris and Kim Ann Dease all of Frostproof; son, David Alan McCrary of Winter Haven; sister, Grace Respress of Frostproof; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday 9/20/08 at the Silver Hill Cemetery in Frostproof with Rev. James B. Woods officiating.
