Robert Dale Jones

Robert D. "Bob" Jones of Lake Wales passed away Friday, April 27, 2012 at his residence.

He was born in 1935 in Gary, IN to the late Milton and Helen (Schaefer) Jones; and came to Florida from Simi Valley, CA 11 years ago. Robert was a retired Engineer and College Professor, and a member of the First Baptist Church of Lake Wales.

Survivors include his wife, Susan Jones; daughters, Nancy Jones of Newbury Park, CA and Sandy Bradley (Richard) of Simi Valley, CA; step-daughter, Teresa Russell of Los Angeles, CA; son, Kenneth Jones (Joanie) of 1000 Oaks, CA; step-sons, Stephen Russell of Lake Wales and David Russell (Gisele) of Lake Wales; six grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held 3:00 PM Monday, April 30, 2012 at the First Baptist Church of Lake Wales with Dr. Scott Markley officiating.
