Robert Lavine Jacobson, 87

Robert L. Jacobson of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Sunday, March 11, 2018 at Somer’s Hospice House in Sebring.
He was born August 19, 1930 in Ironwood, Michigan to the late Azel and Laura Jacobson. He was a winter resident for 6 years coming from Michigan. He was a veteran in the United States Army and served in the Korean war. Robert loved baseball and football.
He is preceded in death by his first wife Joanne.
He is survived by his wife of 6 years LaVina M. Jacobson, son Terry Jacobson and wife Shannon of MI, sisters Nancy Hill and Carol Johnson both of Ironwood, MI and one grandson Kyle.
There will be a meet and greet from 10:00 AM until the Memorial service at 11:00 AM Thursday, March 15, 2018 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Reception to follow at the First Baptist Church in Lake Wales.
