Robert H. Davenport of Frostproof, Florida passed away Saturday, November 12, 2016 at his residence.

He was born November 4, 1947 in Dade City, Florida to the late Henry and Mildred (Justice) Davenport. He has been a lifelong resident of the area. He was a Welder for General Engines. Robert was a Veteran in the United States Army serving in Viet Nam.

He is survived by his wife Joyce Davenport of Frostproof, FL, daughter Sheila Davenport of Frostproof, FL, son Joseph Davenport of Frostproof, FL, brother Michael Davenport and wife Carol of Lake Wales, FL, estranged sister Nancy Davenport of Kentucky, estranged brother Dennis Davenport and wife Cathy of Lake Wales, FL, 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held 1:30 PM Monday, November 28, 2016 at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
