Robert Bruce Cummings, 85
Robert Bruce Cummings of Frostproof passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at AdventHealth Lake Wales.
He was born March 22, 1936, in Penn Yan, New York to the late Albert and Julia Cummings; he moved to Lake Wales from New York 24 years. Robert was a retired maintenance supervisor. He loved to go hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling. He loved model airplanes and was an outdoorsman.
Robert was preceded in death by his son, James Albert Cummings. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Betty Jane Cummings; daughter, Laura Lee Cummings of Frostproof; sons, Robert Bruce Cummings, Jr. and wife Nina of Frostproof; brother, Bill Cummings of Corning, New York; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
