Robert Clayton Anderson

Robert Clay Anderson, 59, of Lake Wales, passed away Monday, July 10th at Winter Haven Hospital.

He was born February 24, 1958 in Lake Wales to the late Charlie and Edna (Blocker) Anderson and was a lifelong resident. He worked for the Polk County Sheriff’s Department as a deputy and was an EMT, which was his passion. He was also a former member of the New Harvest Worship Center and Christ Central Church.

He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Beverly Anderson; son Aaron Levi Anderson of Lake Wales; a step daughter Windy Clark of Lakeland; Sister Lajuaia Keen of Lake Wales; brother Charlie Jack Anderson and his wife Lyn of Mulberry; 11 grandchildren and 3 great grand children.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
