LAKE WALES -- Mr. Rickey Lonza Cobler of Lake Wales died of injuries sustained in a motor cycle accident Saturday (Nov. 12, 2005) in Lake Wales. He was 42.

Born in Clearwater on March 10, 1963, he came to Lake Wales from Winter Garden two years ago. He was an equipment operator for Ranger Construction. He was a Baptist.

Mr. Cobler is survived by his wife, Suzie Cobler; daughters, Brandy Layman, Roanoke, Va., Leighan Dunn, Christianburg, Va., Tara Cobler and Destarde Cobler, both of Penhook, Va., and Jane Marie Cobler, Lofiat, La.; sons, Josh Cobler and Lujack Cobler, both of Penhook, Louis Hartless and Buster Hartless; mother, Katie Marie Weddle, Elliston, Va.; brothers, Bern Cobler, Orlando, Sam Dunn, Arizona, and Gary Dunn, Elliston; sister, Bonnie Terry, Elliston; and one grandchild.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Marion Nelson Funeral Home of Lake Wales. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Lake Wales Cemetery.
