Richard A Margis

Richard A. Margis, 78 of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Somers Hospice House in Sebring.

He was born on February 22, 1937 in Lithuania to the late Robert and Anna (Zander) Margis and he has been a resident of this area since 1956 moving here from Germany. He was a building and road surveyor. Richard was an avid reader and was a member of the Lake Wales Lutheran Church.


Survivors include his wife, Helene E. Margis of Lake Wales.

Private services will be held at a later date.

Inurnment will be held at the Florida National Cemetery.

Those who wish may make memorial donations to Good Shepherd Hospice.
