Richard Knapp

Richard W. “Rick” Knapp, 62 of Davenport, Florida formerly of Winter Haven passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at his residence due to cancer.
He was born November 9, 1951 in Framingham, Massachusetts to the late Albert and Ruth (Gebo) Knapp and has been a resident of area for 20 years moving here from Ocala. Richard was an independent bread distributor.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Jerry Slammin
He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Sullivan and husband Mike of Apex, NC; son, Brian Knapp and wife Jo Ellen of Davenport; brothers, James Knapp of Maryland; Kenneth Knapp of Massachusetts; 3 grandchildren, Jon, Addison and Brady

Funeral services will be held 12:00 Sat., Sept. 6, 2014 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home of Lake Wales with Pastor Robert Giordano officiating.

Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until service time.
