BABSON PARK -- Mr. Raymond C. "Ray" Jones of Babson Park died of heart failure Monday (Oct. 10, 2005) at Lake Wales Medical Center. He was 48.

Born in Gardner, Maine, on Dec. 30, 1956, he came to Babson Park when he was 15. He was self-employed in carpet installation.

Mr. Jones is survived by his companion, Shelia Hutcheson, Babson Park; daughters, Erin Peel, Tricia Jones, Melissa Jones, all of Tampa, Bridget Jones, Fort Lauderdale; son, Kyle Milton, Babson Park; brothers, Bruce Jones, Plant City, Brian Jones, Sanford, John Jones, Merritt Island; sisters, Ralphene Twyford, Gladys Bolea, both of Port Saint John; nine grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Marion Nelson Funearl Home of Lake Wales
