Ralph Carsten Waters

Ralph Carsten Waters went home to be with his Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, May 10, 2026. He was 80 years old. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Ralph B. and Eleanor Waters. He was proceeded in death by Laura Waters and his daughter Faith Waters. He was a resident of Frostproof since 1989. He served as the director of the Frostproof Care Center for 26 years. He was a member and on staff for Family Life Church. He is survived by his wife of four years, Vicki Waters and her family, Jason, Michelle, Meridith, Cole and Erin Bataille and family Cindi Clemons. His brother James H. Waters. His children are Cory and Lesley Waters, Samuel and Lisa Waters, Michael and Giovanna Waters, and Charity and Ashley Brooks. He was affectionately known as Papaw to his eleven grandchildren and sixteen great- grandchildren.

Services will be held at New Hope Church of Frostproof at 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 16th. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Lake Wales Care Center.
