Pietro Persichetti of Indian Lake Estates, Florida passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017 at the Forsythe Hospice House in Auburndale.
He was born October 29,1931 in Alvito, Italy to the late Giovanni and Cesidia (Capocciama) Persichetti; and has been a resident of the area since 1976 coming from Bronx, New York. He was a self-employed brick layer and a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Lake Wales.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Maria Lombardi. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Elizabeth Persichetti; sons, John Persichetti (Kim) of Lake Wales and Anthony Persichetti (Cherie) of Auburndale; daughter, Anna Powell (Ronnie) of Indian Lake Estates; son-in-law, Rudy Lombardi of Indian Lake Estates; eleven grandchildren, Christina Lorson, Amy Pletcher, Alex Persichetti, Michael Powell, Daniel Powell, Thomas Powell, Steven Powell, Ryan Persichetti, Nicholas Persichetti, Ross Persichetti and Joseph Persichetti; and six great grandchildren, Luke Lorson, Olivia Lorson, Jacob Lorson, Hunter Powell, Jaxon Persichetti, and Lea Pletcher.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 6, 2017 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home. Mass of the Resurrection will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. The interment will follow at Lakeland Memorial Gardens.Service Schedule
