Phyllis Ann Startt

Phyllis Ann Startt, 72 of Lake Wales, passed Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

She was born May 4, 1945 in Maryland to the late William and Irene (Kemp) Williams She has been a resident of Lake Wales for one year moving here from Winter Haven. She was a retired cafeteria worker for Lake Elbert Elementary School. She was a member of Dundee United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Daughter, Lisa Startt, 2 brothers, Donnie Williams, Buddy Williams and a sister, Ethel Startt.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Garrrett Startt; daughters, Patricia Short (Erich) of Orlando, Tammy Startt – Hawkins of Lake Wales; sisters, Barbara Ebling of Ridgely, Maryland, Henrietta Stavely of Manassas, VA; brothers, Foster Williams of Ridgely, Maryland, Earl Williams of Sudlersville, Maryland; 3 grandchildren, Brett Alan Hulverson, Randall Short, Lisa Hawkins.
