Phillip Donald Gross

Phillip Donald Gross of Lake Wales passed away Monday, April 15, 2013 at his residence.

He was born October 8, 1940 in Marshall, NC to the late Chester & Robbie Gross; and he came here from Winter Haven 20 years ago. He was a parts representative for Weikart Ford for the last 20 years and was a veteran of Vietnam, serving in the U.S. Army Military Police. He loved to watch sports, the people he worked with and spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his son, David Gross (Donna) of Leicester, NC; one sister, Jaccueline Henson of NC; two brothers, Jimmy Douglas Gross of GA and Carl Denny Gross of NC and four grandchildren, Jesse, Jamie, Jacob and Joey Gross.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date in Asheville, NC.
