Pauline Bradford, 82

Pauline Bradford of Babson Park passed away Saturday, July 15, 2023 at AdventHealth Lake Wales under the care of Vitas Hospice.

She was born June 3, 1941 in Cookeville, Tennessee to the late Elvin and Effie Raines. After living in Michigan for 45 years, Pauline and her husband James moved to Babson Park, Florida where they have lived for the last 13 years at Bob’s Landing. Pauline was a librarian at a university in Cookeville, Tennessee.

Pauline was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, James Thurman Bradford who passed only days before she did; and two daughters, Janie and Karen, who passed when they were young. She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Straitz and husband Richard; sister, Berilla Raines of Iowa; friends, Rodney and Wanda Dunham, Cindy Ritchison, and Robert Morgan; and grandsons, Danny and Jesse.

No local services are scheduled. Interment will take place at Crest Lawn Cemetery in Cookeville, Tennessee.
