Paula Rae Buehner

Mrs. Paula Rae Lovely Buehner, age 62, went home to be with Jesus at her home on 8/20/11 after a courageous 16 year battle with Lymphoma cancer.

Paula was born December 2, 1948, in Middletown, Ohio. She was a resident of Lake Wales, Florida since 1977. She was a retired Hair Stylist/Salon Owner for 45 years. Paula was a member of the South Lake Wales Church of God.

Paula was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her father, J. Paul Lovely.

Paula is survived by her high school sweetheart/husband of 43 years, Paul Dean Buehner; children, Shelli and Bill Jacobs of Babson Park, Florida and Kiser and Linsey Buehner of Eaton, Ohio. Paula has 5 grandchildren, Chelsea Rae Jacobs, Courtney Nell Jacobs, Clay Marlin Jacobs, Carly Anne Jacobs and Riley Raeann Buehner. Paula is also survived by her 92 year old mother, Pauline Lovely and 3 brothers, Dudley and Eva Lovely of Camden, Ohio, Knox and Sue Lovely of Middletown, Ohio, Dan and Phyllis Lovely of Camden, Ohio; 4 sisters, Janice and George Robillard of Lake Wales, Florida, Sally and Henry Smith of Lake Wales, Florida, Sharon and Bob Barrett of Eaton, Ohio, Teresa and Tim Williams of Babson Park, Florida. Also, brother-in-law, Phil and Martha Buehner of Titusville, Florida, sister-in-law, Janice and Tommy Moses of Lake Wales, Florida. She also leaves behind over 70 precious nieces and nephews and countless dear friends.

A visitation will be held at South Lake Wales Church of God in Lake Wales, Florida from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 with a Celebration Service to immediately follow. Another visitation will be held at Beechwood Church of God in Beechwood, Ohio from 10-12 a.m. on Saturday, August 27, 2011 with the Celebration Service to follow. Interment at Fairview Cemetery in Gratis, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the South Lake Wales Church of God Building Fund at 210 Presidents Drive, Lake Wales, FL 33859.
