Paul Marion Litzenberger, 96
Paul Marion Litzenberger, 96, of Frostproof, passed away at Lakeland Regional Medical Center on Thursday, June 9th.
He was born April 18, 1920 in Geneva, NY. He served his country in the Army Air Corp. as a Staff Sergeant, and fought in WWII. He worked on the B-29 and the B-17 Flying Fortress as well as the Trainer Planes and other bomber planes. He was of the Baptist Faith.
He is preceded in death by his wife Florence Ellen Litzenberger and his brother Hubert Litzenberger.
Survivors include his sons: Pastor/ Chaplain Stephen P. Litzenberger and his wife Barbara of NY and David H. Litzenberger also of NY; 2 grandchildren Seth and Timothy; and several great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 3PM Thursday, June 16, 2016 at the Frostproof Baptist Church in Frostproof with a service in New York at a later date.
