Paul Eugene Gilbert, 85

Paul E. Gilbert of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at the Winter Haven Hospital.

He was born October 26, 1932 in Quebec, Canada to the late Paul and Armaza (Jacques) Gilbert. He has been a resident of the area since 2005 coming from Berkley Springs, West Virginia. He was self- employed as a Carpenter and Dry Wall Installer for 45 years.

He is preceded in death by his wife Gloria Kinder Gilbert and brother Emilien Gilbert.

Survivors include his sons Rudolph (Randy) S. Gilbert Sr. and wife Sheila of Babson Park, FL, Paul E. Gilbert Jr. of Surf City, NC, sisters Lucille Gilbert of Quebec, Canada, Jeanine Gening of Quebec, Canada, brothers Phillip Gilbert and wife of Harriet of Quebec, Canada, 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held 3:00PM Friday, July 6, 2018 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home.
