He was born July 6, 1964 in Lake Wales, Florida. He was in Auto Detailing. He loved play guitar, fishing with his family, he loved Motley Crue and camping.

He is preceded in death by his father Clinton Franklin Parker.
Survivors include his mother Pauline Parker of Lake Wales, FL, brother Christopher Parker of VA, sister Tracy Moseley of Lake Wales, FL, 2 nephews Nicholas and Cody Moseley, 2 nieces Shannon and Alexandria Parker, Many aunts, uncles and cousins.
