Patricia A. Koloc

Patricia A. Koloc, 89, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024, at her residence in Emmett, Kansas.

Born on June 11, 1934, in Chicago, Patricia was the daughter of Stanley and Lillian Comeaux Rice. She spent her early years in Chicago before relocating to Florida in 1964. over a decade ago, she moved to the Emmett community to reside with her daughter Laura.

A passionate artist, Patricia owned an art studio in Lake Wales, Florida. She was married to Alfred A. Koloc, who preceded her in death. Patricia was also preceded in death by her parents, two brothers—Robert and Jack Rice, and a sister, Peggy McCabe.

Surviving family members include her children: Denise Edgell, Diane Stark, Linda Boylson, Daniel Koloc, Laura Peters, Michael Koloc, Julia Stewart, Maria Peters, Joseph Koloc, and Christopher Koloc. Patricia is also remembered by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, January 19, 2024 at Lake Wales Cemetery.
