Panfilo Escobedo

Panfilo Escobedo, 73, of Frostproof, Florida passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2020, at St. Joseph Hospital, Tampa, Florida.
He was born on March 11, 1946 in La Rosita Matamoros, Mexico to the late Remigio and Celustriana (Garza)Escobedo. He was employed by Hunt Brothers and was of the Pentecostal faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of fifty years, Nicolasa; daughters, Maribel Aguilar and her husband Antonio of Frostproof, FL, Hermelinda Escobedo and her husband Javier Chavez of Texas, Alma D. Martinez and her husband Tomas of Georgia; son, Remigio Escobedo and his wife Aracely of Frostproof, FL; sisters, Ruth Escobedo of Mexico , Estela Ozuna of Florida; 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 11:00 AM until the service time at Noon at Marion Nelson Funeral Home, Frostproof with Pastor Timoteo Gonzales officiating. Interment will be held at Silver Hill Cemetery, Frostproof.
