FROSTPROOF--Othniel Elwood Richard, 91, of Frostproof died Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at Florida Hospital in Sebring.

Born July 09, 1915 in Wardensville, West Virginia; he came here from Winchester, Virginia in 1965. He was a retired field foreman for Coca-Cola. He was a member of the Church on the Ridge and a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Richard was preceded in death by his sons, Ricky Richard and Tinky Richard. Survivors include his wife, Annabell Richard of Frostproof; sons, Clark Richard of Wardensville, West Virginia; Charles Wilson Funk of Shutesbury, Massachusetts; and 2 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM, Friday, February 23, 2007 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Frostproof with Rev. James Wood, Rev. Kelly Galati and Rev. Wayne Lee officiating. Interment will follow at the Silver Hill Cemetery.
