Railroad Trainmaster
FROSTPROOF -- Mr. Norman Brown of Frostproof died of lung cancer Tuesday (June 27, 2006) at home. He was 72.
Born in North Wales, Pa., on Oct. 31, 1933, he came to Frostproof from Millerton, Pa., in 1995. He was a railroad trainmaster for 17 years and he later worked as a steel fabricator. He was an Army National Guard veteran. He was a Christian.
Mr. Brown is survived by his wife of 51 years, Dorothy L. Brown; sons, John M. Brown, Thomas A. Brown, both of Millerton, Robert William "Bill" Brown, Camarillo, Calif., Daniel C. Brown, Columbia Crossroads, Pa.; brothers, Richard A. Brown, Montgomeryville, Pa., Frank C. Brown, Millerton; sisters, Dorothy Sensinger, Mansfield, Pa., Doris Clark, Millerton; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
