LAKE WALES - Mrs. Norma Louise Kelly of Lake Wales died of heart failure Monday (Jan. 2, 2006)at her residence in Lake Wales. She was 83.

Born on January 01, 1923 in Winston Salem, North Carolina, she came to the area 32 years ago from Miami, FL. She retired in 1986 as an administrator for the Polk County Clerk of Courts. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Waverly.

Mrs. Kelly is survived by her son, Ken Kelly of Longwood, FL; daughter-in-law, Priscilla Kelly of Longwood, FL; granddaughter, Rebecca Clarke of Miami Lakes, FL; grandson, Steve Kelly of Orlando, FL; great-grandsons; Jeremiah Clarke and Daniel Clarke both of Miami Lakes, FL; and brother, Herbert Hauser of Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Thursday, January 05, 2006 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, January 06, 2006 at the funeral home with Rev. David Durham officiating. Interment will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 06, 2006 at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
