LAKE WALES--Nolan C. Brock, 66, of Lake Wales died of heart failure Thursday, June 21, 2007 in Helen, Georgia.

Born March 17, 1941 in Bainbridge, GA; he came here from Thomasville, GA in 1962. He was a retired department manager for Citrus World and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Lake Wales. He loved his dog, Eddie, and enjoyed traveling, hunting and fishing.

Mr. Brock was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Brock. Survivors include his daughter, Teresa Vorous of Lake Wales; son, Gregory Brock of Fort Pierce; mother, Fannie Brock of Lake Wales; brother, Verlyn Brock of Moultrie, GA; sisters, Ann Taylor of Lake Wales; Roslyn Brick of Oveido; four grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, June 25, 2007 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
