Noel R. Torres of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Friday, November 16, 2018 at Grace Healthcare.

He was born July 27, 1954 in Ponce, Puerto Rico to the late Antonio R. and Felicita T. (Figueroa) Velasquez. He has been a resident of the area for 20 years. He was a General Laborer. Noel was an amazing Artist and loved to paint. He served in the United States Army.

He is survived by his daughter Zeny Rivera, son Noel Rivera, sisters Ivette Rodriguez, Jenny Rivera, Norma Rivera, brother Roberto Rivera, and grandchildren.

Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00PM on Monday, November 19, 2018 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales.
