Nicolas Velasquez, Jr.

Nicolas Velasquez Jr of Lake Wales passed away Sunday, May 12, 2013 at his residence.

He was born January 9, 1985 in Kissimmee and has been a lifelong resident of the area. He was of the Catholic faith and liked music, dancing and working. He also loved kids, partying and enjoying life.

Survivors include his parents, Nicolas Hernandez Velasquez and Alicia Velasquez; son, Joevaine Nicolas Velasquez of Lake Wales; sister, Virginia Velasquez of Lake Wales; brothers, Jessie Velasquez and Sylvester Velasquez both of Lake Wales.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until the funeral service at 3:00 pm Saturday, May 18, 2013 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
