Nelson Fred Wright, Jr.

Nelson Fred Wright, Jr., of Lake Wales passed away Sunday, March 24, 2013 at the Lakeland Regional Medical Center.

Nelson was born February 07, 1956 in Oil City, Pennsylvania to the late Nelson Fred and Alice Emma (Hollenbeck) Wright, Sr. and has been a lifelong resident of Florida. Nelson was a Maintenance worker for the City of Frostproof and enjoyed fishing, Nascar, four wheeling, being with his family and was an avid FSU fan.

Survivors include his companion, Wanda Cox; daughters, Susan (Justin) Selwitschka of Auburndale, FL., Lisa (Ronnie) Thomas of Lakeland, Jennifer Knowlton of Winter Haven; sons, Ricky Wright of Lake Wales, Lee Wright of Lake Wales; sisters, Marie (Wayne) Ray of Winter Haven, Joyce (Bart) Goodison of Winter Haven, Doris (David) McCallister of Winter Haven, Hazel (Jeff) Grant of Oak Hill, CA; 13 grandchildren

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, March 29, 2013 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Thomas officiating. Interment will be held at the Silver Hill Cemetery.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 28, 2013 from 6:00 until 8:00 Pm at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home of Frostproof.
