Nelly Salazar of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, January 1, 2022.

She was born on February 3, 1949, in Túquerres, Nariño, Colombia.

Nelly was a self-employed retail sales representative and of the Christian faith.  She loved doing arts and crafts, making flowers, and going to Michael’s for her crafting supplies. Nelly was a very loving mother, wife, daughter, sister and a lover of animals. She had a love of music which she got from her father and passed on to her children. She will be greatly missed.

Nelly is proceeded in death by her father Guillermo Ceron Alava, and brother Guillermo Ceron David. She is survived by her husband of 47 years Mario Salazar of Lake Wales; her mother Nelly David de Ceron; daughters Maria Isabel Salazar Ceron of Lake Wales; Sandra Patricia Salazar Ceron of Puerto Rico; and sons Juan Carlos Salazar Ceron of Puerto Rico; Guillermo Antonio Salazar Ceron of Pt. St. Lucie; and Cesar Augusto of Pt. St. Lucie; sisters Emma Ceron David; Carmenza Ceron de Carbajal; Maria Helena Ceron David; and brothers Alfredo Ceron David; and Jesus Alberto Ceron David.
