Nathan Grobtuch, 72

Nathan Grobtuch of Winter Haven went to be with our heavenly Father on Monday, September 11, 2023.

He was born April 23, 1951 in New York, NY to the late Evelyn Levine; he moved to Winter Haven from West Palm Beach over 40 years ago. Nathan loved the simple things in life. He enjoyed music, going to the beach, fishing with his grandkids, reading, napping and most of all, spending time with his family. His sarcasm was hereditary and he never met a stranger. He always had a funny story to tell, advice to give or just an ear ready to listen.

Nathan is survived by his daughters, Nerissa Grobtuch of Winter Haven, Rachel Grobtuch Martin (Wayne) of Waverly, Jessica Grobtuch of Lake Wales; sons, Stuart Cunningham of Colorado, Jacob Grobtuch (Erika) of Winter Haven, Rylan Kincaid of Babson Park; brothers, David Shippey of Winter Haven and Robert Shippey of Orlando; ten grandchildren, Luis, Ivelisse, Tristan, La'Niya, Makai, Marley, Kymani, Jayonna, Fenix and Jayon; and one great-grandchild, Avery.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until the funeral service at 6:00 p.m., Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales.
