Myrtle A. Sharp

Myrtle A. Sharp of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, November 03, 2012 at the Winter Haven Hospital.

She was born October 29, 1937 in Meigs, Georgia to the late John L. and Lois M. (Hancock) Kelley; she was raised in Tampa and has been a resident of Lake Wales since 2002 moving here from Okeechobee. She was the Executive Secretary for Bank of America, she was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lake Wales; she was a Sunday School Teacher, enjoyed Bible studies, Fishing, Football, Western Movies and Old Country Western Music.

Myrtle was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Hancock and brother, John Kelley

Survivors include her husband, A. Ray Sharp of 56 years
Daughter, Tina Morse of Tampa; son, Ken (wife Susan) Sharp of Tampa; sister, Joyce Cromer of Tampa; brother, Gene Kelley of Tampa; 4 Grandchildren Mathew Sharp, Kendra Sharp, Micah Morse, Bethany Morse; 1 Great Grandchild Ashton Sharp

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, November 08, 2012 at the Frist Baptist Church of Lake Wales with Rev. Scott Markley officiating. Interment will be held at the Garden of Memories in Tampa on Friday. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 10:00 Am until service time.
