MINNIE  C.  LIVELY,  94

Minnie C. Lively of Lake Wales passed away Sunday, February 19, 2023 at AdventHealth Lake Wales.

She was born July 17, 1928 in Fargo, GA to the late Robert and Ollie Carver; she came here 8 years ago from Riverview, FL. She was a country girl who loved being outdoors, loved to fish, garden, and cook. She loved people, especially her family and loved hummingbirds.

Minnie was preceded  in death by her son, Gerald “Buddy” Giddens in 1971. Survivors include her daughters, Lynda F. Jordan (Thomas) of Lake Wales, Carolyn D. McKay (Michael) of Frostproof, Donna J. Basil of Lake Wales and Janet L. Kilgore (Joseph) of Lake Wales; one brother, Robert T. Carver (Dorothy) of Riverview; eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
