LAKE WALES -- Mrs. Mildred J. "Millie" LeVance of Lake Wales died of heart failure Satuday (Feb. 25, 2006) at Brandywyne in Winter Haven. She was 87.

Born in Plymouth, Pa., on April 24, 1918, she came to Lake Wales from Conyers, Ga., in 1975. She was a retired bookkeeper for Citrus World. She was an Episcopalian.

Mrs. LeVance was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar LeVance. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia J. Blackwell, Brandon, Lorrie Ellen Hollmann, New Egypt, N.J.; son, Paul H. LeVance, Winter Haven; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grand-children.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery in Union, N.J.
