Michael Waltner

Mike Waltner, 72 of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, February 14, 2015 at the Hospice House in Auburndale.

He was born October 1, 1942 in Newark, New Jersey to the late Michael and Catherine (Schneider) Waltner and has been a resident of the area for 26 years coming from East Brunswick, New Jersey. He loved his work at Anheuser Busch. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Holy Name Society and the NRA. He is of the Byzantine Catholic faith.

He is preceded in death by his brother George “Butch” Waltner and sister Rose Waltner.

Survivors include his daughter Michele Waltner of Rock Hill, SC, step son Danny Baker and wife Linda of Lake Wales, FL, 6 grandchildren Amber Gallegos, Jessica Lynn Baker, Peter Baker, Crystal Baker, Billy Poli, Victoria Rose Baker and 1 great grandchild Isabelle James.
