Michael Lavoyd Jones

Michael Lavoyd Jones, 60 of Winter Haven, Florida passed away Monday, June 1, 2015 at this residence.

He was born October 3, 1954 in Lake Wales, Florida to Thurman L. and Melba L. (Prine) Jones where he has been a lifelong resident. Michael was a Carpenter. He liked to fish, he enjoyed helping friends and socializing with people, and he played the guitar in the past and was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include his daughters, Michelle Jones of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Robin Soto of Fredericksburg, Virginia; mother, Pat Wilson of Winter Haven; brothers, Wesley Jones of Lake Wales, Doug Williams of Casselberry; 5 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
