Mary Frances Stewart, 80, of Lake Wales went home to the Lord on Sunday, July 6, 2008 at her residence in Lake Wales.

Born July 14, 1927 in Jackson, TN; she came to Lake Wales in 1988 from Frostproof where she lived since 1957. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Mary was preceded by her husband, Robert Stewart in 1991; and son, Robert Stewart Jr. Survivors include her daughter, Shirley A. Johnson and son-in-law, Ronnie, of Lake Wales; brothers, Ed Hargo of St. Charles, MO and Jessie Hargo of Lake Wales; sister, Dorothy Fleming of Lake Wales; granddaughter, Cindy Jones of Arkansas; great-grandson, Justin Stanphill of Arkansas and many friends.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home, Lake Wales. Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at Silver Hill Cemetery in Frostproof.
