Mary Gardner

MARY GARDNER, 72 Mary Gardner of Nalcrest, Florida passed away Monday, August 8, 2016 at the Grove Center. She was born February 3, 1944 in New York City to the late Joseph and Catherine Keihm. She has been a resident of the area for 13 years before moving from Great Barrington, Massachusetts. She was a loving and devoted mother to her family, and had a lengthy career as a LPN Nurse. She enjoyed bowling and winning slot machine jackpots. Mary was a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Richard Gardner, daughter Christine Gardner of Pittsfield, MA, daughter Elizabeth Etman of VT, son Jim Gardner of Glendale, CA, and granddaughters Emily Linendoll and Madison Etman. She is also survived by sisters Carol Swanson, Catherine Fricke, Margaret Harris, and brothers William Keihm, Joseph Keihm. Memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church with Fr. David Vargas officiating. Flowers are welcome but donations may be made in Mary’s honor to the Winter Haven Salvation Army.
