Mary Alice Clemons of Lake Wales passed away Sunday, September 5, 2010 at The Groves Center.
She was born March 6, 1935 in Rome, GA to the late Lloyd & Buria Mae Truluck; she came to Lake Wales from Moultrie, GA, when she was 2 years old and graduated from Lake Wales Senior High School in 1955.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Eldridge Clemons. Survivors include her daughter, Tereasa & Ed Monahan of Lake Wales; sons, Darrell & Ollie Clemons of Lake Wales and Joe & Lue Clemons of Lake Wales; brother, Lloyd "Bill" Evans Truluck of Deland; 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 PM, Thursday, September 9, 2010 and the funeral service at 11:00 AM, Friday, September 10, 2010 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Rev. John Guzzetta officiating. Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
