Mary Ellen Brimlow

February 19, 1955 — October 19, 2012

Mary Ellen Brimlow of Frostproof passed away Friday, October 19, 2012 at the Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center in Haines City.

She was born February 19, 1955 in Fort Belvoir, VA and moved from Lake Wales to Frostproof in 1986. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.

Survivors include husband of 25 years, Joe L. Brimlow; daughter, Becky Gaetz of LaBelle; sons, Derrick Luke of Sebring, David Brimlow of Lake Wales and Michael Brimlow of Lake Wales; parents, David & Ellen Hazlett of Lake Wales; brothers, David “Jeff” Hazlett of Lake Wales and John Hazlett of Zephyrhills; sister, Suzanne Lawson of Lake Wales; and seven grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held 6:00 pm Thursday, October 25, 2012 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Pastor Mike Thompson officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Lion’s Club or any charity of choice.
