Martha Jean Register, 93

Martha Jean Register of Boca Raton passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2024 in Hospice by the Sea.

She was born December 23, 1930 in New Brockton, Alabama to the late Madison and Elma Whittaker. Martha was a homemaker, a former member of First Baptist Church of Indian Lake Estates, and recently attended First United Methodist Church of Boca Raton.  Her faith in God, and her love and devotion to family added joy to her life and brought her peace. Those around her felt Martha’s joy and were lifted by it.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, JM Register in 2020. She is survived by her two daughters, Vivian Register of Boca Raton, and Deborah Albeck (husband Bob) of Boca Raton; her sister, Melba Dyson of Pensacola; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Albeck (wife Lauren) of Boca Raton, and Mallory Albeck of Boca Raton; and her great-granddaughter, Emery Albeck of Boca Raton.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Lake Wales Cemetery.
