Marisol Rodriguez

Marisol Rodriguez, born on December 31, 1977, in Lake Wales, Florida, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was a dedicated Insurance Representative, working with State Farm and Geico, providing support and guidance to her clients with care and professionalism.

Marisol was a deeply committed member of the Guadalupe Mission in Wahneta. Her faith was a central part of her life, expressed through her many roles in the church community. She served as a youth group leader, guiding and inspiring young people with kindness. Marisol was also a catechism teacher, sharing her knowledge and devotion to her faith with others. She was known as a very active Catholic pastoral supporter, always ready to lend her time and energy to support the spiritual growth of those around her. She was a loving wife, mother, and friend.

Marisol’s family was very important to her. She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Arnulfo Padilla, who stood by her side through life’s joys and challenges. Together, they raised two sons, Christopher Padilla and Johnathan Abel Padilla, both from Lake Wales. Marisol also leaves behind her mother, Maria L. Rodriguez of Fort Meade, who saw her grow into the wonderful woman she became. Her siblings survive her as well: San Juanita Rodriguez of Maine, Armando Rodriguez and his wife Nancy of Fort Meade, and Abel Rodriguez of Michigan. These family members remember Marisol not only for her warmth but for the strength and faith she exemplified. She was preceded in death by her father, Ricardo Rodriguez.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, April 10, 2026 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. A funeral mass will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 11, 2026 at The Mission of Guadalupe with Father Delvis Mederos Fernandez officiating.
